The Airgo Comfort-Plus aluminium cane with offset handle is a single-point walking stick for people who need help with balance while walking. The offset handle places the hand over the shaft so that weight is carried through the centre of the stick, and the cushioned Comfort-Plus top conforms to the palm and absorbs some of the shock that travels up to the wrist with each step. Height is set by push button across twelve settings, from 71.1 to 99 cm, which covers most people between about 152 cm (5 feet) and 196 cm (6 feet 5 inches) tall. The shaft is anodised aluminium and the stick weighs about 300 g, so it is easy to carry and to lift. A treaded rubber Flex-Grip tip maintains contact on varied surfaces, and the strap carries a reflective patch for walking after dark.

Twelve push-button height settings allow the stick to be matched closely to the user, which matters because a stick set at the wrong height gives little real support. The cushioned offset handle and the flexible rubber tip take some of the jarring out of each step, and the reflective patch on the strap is a practical detail for anyone walking at dusk.
