Features
The Canpull Tin Opener is a small hand held kitchen aid made for lifting the ring pulls on tins and cans. It is used by hooking the end of the tool under the ring, folding it forwards and then rolling it back, so the lid is levered open by the tool rather than by the fingers. This replaces the pinching and pulling action that an ordinary ring pull demands, which can be painful or simply not possible for someone with arthritis or a weak grip. A separate sodasnap section is built into the tool for the smaller ring pulls found on cans of drink. The opener is supplied in blue and is built to withstand repeated use, so tinned food and canned drinks can be opened without waiting for assistance.
