The Care Quip Trekker Seat Walker is a four wheeled seat walker that combines walking support with a place to rest. The user walks behind the frame, steering with height adjustable handles set between 79 cm and 89 cm, and sits on the padded seat when a break is needed. Large 20.3 cm (8 inch) castors roll over uneven ground, which makes the walker well suited to footpaths and outdoor use as well as indoors, and the handbrakes can be locked to hold the walker still while sitting down or standing up. A removable curved padded backrest gives support while seated, and the supplied vinyl bag carries shopping or personal items. The frame folds for storage and transport with the vinyl bag still attached, and the walker is rated to 130 kg.
