The Cura1 2700 Six Channel Cordless Falls Monitor is a receiver for larger or busier care settings, handling up to seven devices at once, namely six cordless Cura1 pads, mats or call devices plus one corded Premium pad or mat through its RJ10 socket. When a monitored device is triggered, the unit sounds one of three selectable tones, shows an amber LED and holds the event in its alarm memory before re-arming automatically. Carers can use the pause function to attend to a person without setting off the alarm, and a caregiver reset key keeps resetting in the hands of staff. The monitor works at 433 MHz with full supervision over a range of 30 m to 50 m, runs on three AA batteries for up to six months or an optional plug pack, and measures 12 x 7.7 x 4 cm at 150 g in an ABS enclosure.
