The Days Shower Stool with Cutaway Front is an aluminium shower seat fitted with side arms and a plastic seat shaped with a recess at the front edge. The cutaway opens up access for personal washing while the user remains seated, which removes the need to stand for that part of the shower. The arms on either side give something solid to push against when lowering onto the seat and rising again, and the aluminium frame keeps the stool light enough to move in and out of the recess. Seat height adjusts across five settings from 47 to 57 cm, within an overall height range of 66 to 76 cm, and the frame measures 47 cm wide and 40 cm deep with a 40 x 40 cm seat. The stool has a maximum user weight of 130 kg and is supplied flat packed with assembly instructions.

The shaped seat and the side arms address two separate difficulties at once: washing thoroughly without having to stand, and getting on and off the seat safely. Five height settings allow the seat to be matched to leg length, which makes transfers steadier, and the compact footprint leaves room to move within a standard shower recess.
