The Dictus Band is a dynamic foot lift device indicated by OPC Health for flaccid footdrop with minimal ankle instability. It pairs a sturdy leather ankle cuff with latex bands, which are stronger and longer lasting than elastic, to provide a dynamic dorsiflexion moment and foot lift. The band runs from the cuff to a hook fitted at the shoe, and it can be set in a number of positions so that the pull is directional, which helps to address equinovarus foot and ankle posture.
