The Sovereign S7 is an Australian made static foam mattress built in layers so that pressure is redistributed without a pump or power supply. Its top surface is a reversible Gel and Response interface, giving gel memory foam contouring on one side and a more responsive surface on the other for people who reposition themselves. Beneath it sit a dual density Airoform immersion layer and zoned Ventraflow foam that targets support at the shoulder, sacral and heel regions, including an inbuilt 5 degree heel relief section. A high support Ventraflow perimeter firms the edges for transfers, Ventraflow channels carry air through the foam to help manage warmth and moisture, and a dual compartment anti shear inner cover reduces friction and shear. Sizes run from Single at 90 cm wide to King at 185 cm, with a therapeutic weight range of 30 to 250 kg.

The reversible top surface is the most practical point of difference, since one mattress can be set up for contouring comfort or flipped to a more responsive side that makes self repositioning easier as mobility changes. The firm perimeter helps with sitting on the edge and moving across to a chair, and covers are specified separately so a clinical or homecare finish can be chosen and later replaced on its own.
