The Homecraft Reflex Kitchen Knife range consists of four stainless steel knives intended for people with a weakened grip or limited hand strength. Each knife has a closed handle shaped with finger contours, which gives a secure hold without the need to grasp tightly, and an angled blade that reduces the amount of wrist movement required to cut. The handle also acts as a counterweight to the blade, which improves balance and control in use. Four options are available: a preparation knife with a 12.7 cm scalloped edge, a scalloped carving knife and a smooth edged chef's knife both with 20.3 cm blades, and a slicing knife with a long narrow 25.4 cm blade suited to bread. Weights range from 125 g to 165 g.
