The Invacare Universal High sling in solid polyester is a full body sling with integrated head support for use with a compatible lifter. It supports the whole body including the head and holds the person in a slightly reclined seated position, which makes it suitable for people with limited control of the head, trunk and hips, and it can be used for lifting from a lying position, lifting from the floor and seated to seated transfers. The solid polyester is hard wearing, slides into position easily and dries quickly after washing, which makes it the everyday choice for dry transfers. Colour coded loops of differing lengths adjust the posture, while two centre line markers, a positioning pocket for the backrest and placed handles help the carer fit the sling accurately.
