This Juvo mobile shower commode is an attendant-propelled shower and toilet chair on four total-locking stainless steel castors, used to take a person to the shower and then over the toilet without a further transfer. The castors allow the chair to be turned on the spot in a small bathroom and locked once it is in position. Height-adjustable Tearsafe swing-away legrests fold clear of the sides, and together with independent swing-away armrests at 20 cm or 24 cm above the seat and locking safety arms they open the chair up for side transfers from a bed or wheelchair. A regulation-height push handle is fitted for the person pushing. Seat widths are 46 cm, 51 cm and 56 cm with a seat depth of 43.5 cm, on a grade 304 stainless steel frame rated to 200 kg or 300 kg according to width.

Where a person cannot self-propel, this chair keeps the whole shower and toilet routine to a single transfer, which is easier on the person and on the carer. The swing-away legrests are designed to avoid catching the skin of the legs, and four locking castors give a stable base that still manoeuvres in a confined bathroom.
