The KCare Digital LED Calendar Day Clock is a calendar clock available with either a 25.4 cm (10 inch) or a 30.5 cm (12 inch) LED display, so the size can be matched to the room and the distance it will be read from. Both models write the day, date and time out in full instead of abbreviating them, and both indicate the time of day. Three programmable reminders and five programmable alarms can be set to prompt medication, meals, appointments and other routine events. Display brightness adjusts itself to the light in the room, and an internal memory keeps the settings through a power interruption. The clock is white, sits on a flat surface or mounts to a wall, and is set up using the controls on the unit. The 10 inch model measures 22.5 cm by 16.5 cm and the 12 inch model 29 cm by 23.5 cm.

The choice between the two display sizes is the practical advantage: the smaller unit works beside a bed or on a bench, while the larger one can be read from a doorway or across a living room. In either size, a full-word day and date gives a clear answer at a glance, and the programmable prompts help hold a daily routine together.
