The Lotion Applicator with Replaceable Sponge is a long handled aid for applying moisturising lotions, suntan oils, sports creams and medications to areas of the body that are awkward to reach. It measures 43 cm (17 inch) overall, with a 30.5 cm hard plastic handle ending in a foam sponge head, so creams can be spread across the back, legs and feet without the bending, twisting and stretching that this usually involves. The foam is dense, so it holds the product on its surface rather than soaking it up, and a thumb rest on the handle helps guide the head accurately. At 50 g the applicator is light to hold at arm's length. Two spare pads are supplied, and the sponge can be removed and replaced once it is worn.
