The Royale Pressure Relieving Low Back Day Chair in the wide size is a static day chair built around an adjustable air bladder set into the seat. The bladder is inflated with a hand pump, so the firmness of the seat can be set for the individual and pressure redistributed across the sitting surface. The wide frame gives a 60 cm seat width and 44 cm seat depth beneath a 48 cm contoured backrest with lumbar shaping and padded armrests 20 cm above the seat. Seat height adjusts between 42 cm and 52 cm to suit transfers in and out. Four-way stretch vapour permeable polyurethane upholstery moves with the user to limit shear and friction while letting air pass through.
