The IC20 ActiveX is a static foam support surface with a medium feel, designed for long term use at home or in a care setting. Temperature and pressure responsive ActiveX material softens where the body rests, so the surface immerses around pressure areas while the layers beneath hold their support and resist bottoming out. The multi layer build keeps movement in bed manageable, and firm edge support gives a stable platform for sitting on the side of the bed and transferring. A temperature regulating cover using Bluetec and Vant fabrics helps keep the skin dry and cool, and it unzips for washing. A contour latch holds the mattress on a profiling bed, the anti slip base layer keeps it in place, and the flip free design means it never needs turning. The mattress is 20 cm high and suits users between 30 kg and 200 kg.
