Features
The Nose Cutout Cup is a drinking cup with a U-shaped section removed from one side of the rim, intended for people who cannot comfortably tip the head back to finish a drink. The cut-out gives the nose room as the cup is raised, so the cup can be tilted well past the usual angle while the head and neck stay in a neutral position. A broad base and a short stem make the cup easier to set down without knocking it over and easier to hold for anyone with a tremor or reduced grip strength. The transparent body shows how much liquid remains, which helps a carer or therapist keep track of intake. The cup holds 237 mL, weighs 27 g, and is microwave and dishwasher safe up to 70 °C.
