The Days Gutter Walker is a four-wheeled forearm support frame designed to keep the user in an upright position and provide a high level of support for gait training. Rather than relying on hand grips alone, the user rests their forearms in the gutter supports and holds the handles ahead of them, so weight is taken through the forearms instead of through the hands and wrists. The forearm supports adjust from 98 to 122 cm and overall frame height from 110 to 134 cm, allowing the frame to be set up for users of different heights. Thick tubing and 19 cm wheels create a solid base 63 cm wide. Two front castors rotate through 360 degrees for turning in confined spaces, the two rear castors are fixed, and handbrakes on the handles let the user manage their own pace. The frame folds for storage.
