These Days wheels are an optional fitting for the Days Ball Walker folding walking frame, which is supplied as standard with anti-slip rubber tips on its front and back legs. Each wheel clicks into place on a frame leg without tools, turning a static leg into a rolling one so that the frame can be pushed along the floor rather than lifted and set down at each step. The wheels measure 12.7 cm in diameter and are supplied as a pair. Because fitting and removal need no tools, an existing frame can be set up as a wheeled walker and returned to its original configuration later, which is useful where a frame is shared between users or where requirements change over time. They are intended for use on smooth indoor surfaces.

Adding wheels turns a lift-and-place frame into one that rolls, which asks noticeably less of the user over a day of short trips around the house. At 12.7 cm the wheels are a substantial diameter rather than a token one, and because they clip on and off without tools, the same frame can serve in either configuration as needs change.
