Change of Mind Returns 

We accept change of mind returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of purchase
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition, including all manuals, tags, and accessories
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

A restocking fee of 25% + GST (or $50 + GST, whichever is greater) will apply to all approved change of mind returns. 

  • Delivery and service fees are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Please note:

Change of mind returns do not apply to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.

 

Items Not Eligible for Change of Mind Returns 

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for returns unless faulty:

  • Bathroom equipment (shower commodes, raised toilet seats, shower chairs, over-toilet aids, transfer benches)
  • Personal hygiene items (sponges, toe washers, urinal bottles, shower mats)
  • Bedding accessories (waterproof bed sheets)
  • Continence care products (disposable pads, urinary catheters)
  • Exercise and therapy products (Therabubble, Theraband, resistance bands)
  • Products that have been installed or used (Throne toilet safety arms, Etac range toilet seat raisers, ROHO cushions)
  • Special orders, customised products or non-stock items 

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will assess the issue and, where applicable, provide a repair, replacement, refund, or store credit in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Proof of purchase is required.

 

Warranty Repairs

If your item requires repairs or warranty assessment, you may book an evaluation at our warehouses. The item must be retuned to Super Mobility for assessment.

Once assessed, we will advise whether the item is eligible for repair, replacement, or warranty claim.

 

Return Process & Responsibilities 

  • All return must be requested in writing by email and approved before sending the item back
  • Customers are responsible for securely packaging items to prevent damage in transit
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault or error by Super Mobility
