Order Processing & Confirmation 

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once processed, an order confirmation email will be sent. A further update will be provided when your order is ready for dispatch.

Some products may require additional lead time depending on supplier availability.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Timeframe 

We offer multiple shipping options:

• Courier Delivery: $30+GST
• Delivery & Set-up (orders under $500): $50+GST
• Delivery & Set-up (orders above $500): $80+GST
• Delivery & Installation: $150+GST
• Same-Day Delivery (urgent): $150+GST

Shipping rates may vary depending on location, product size, and service requirement. If additional costs apply, we will notify you before processing the order.

Delivery Timeframes

Local deliveries are typically scheduled between 9 AM and 5 PM, Monday to Friday. While we strive to meet estimated delivery timeframe, delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We will communicate any significant delays where possible.

Delivery Conditions

Customers must provide accurate delivery details at the time of purchase. If we are unable to deliver to the provided address, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

For larger or complex equipment, assembly or installation may be required upon delivery. These services may not be available in all locations, particularly regional areas.

Damaged Orders & Missing Items 

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, we recommend notifying us as soon as possibly, ideally within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

• Super Mobility is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
• Delivery and service fees are non-refundable once completed.
• Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.
